At Stone Edge Church, we believe faith is a journey, not a destination. Growth Track is our four-session discipleship pathway designed to help you move from attending church on Sundays to fully living on mission — rooted in community, clear on your calling, and growing in your faith every week.

what is growth track
Growth Track is a four-part journey we call Connect, Grow, Serve, and Go. Each session builds on the one before it — walking you through who we are as a church, how God uniquely designed you, where you fit in ministry, and how to stay rooted in a real community of people doing life together.
It's practical, it's personal, and it will change the way you think about church — and about yourself.
The Four Sessions
Session 1 — Connect
Who are we, and what do we believe?
In Session 1, you'll get the full story of Stone Edge Church — our vision, our values, our beliefs, and our heart for the Macon area and beyond. This is where it all begins. If you're new to Stone Edge or want to understand what we're really about, this session is the place to start.
Session 2 — Grow
How did God uniquely design you?
Session 2, is about you. You'll explore your spiritual gifts, your God-given personality, and the passions God placed inside you before you were born. Understanding how you're wired changes everything — it takes faith from abstract to personal, and it gives you a language for why you are the way you are.
Session 3 — Serve
Where do you belong in the church?
You were not designed to sit on the sidelines. In Session 3, you'll connect your gifts and passions to the real ministry needs at Stone Edge. Our team will help you find a place to serve that doesn't feel like obligation — it feels like calling. From kids ministry to worship to hospitality, there's a place for everyone.
Session 4 — Go
How do you stay rooted and keep growing?
The final session is about long-term flourishing. You'll take the step of connecting with a Connect Group — a small community of people doing life together — and you'll have a clear picture of your ongoing next steps as a fully engaged member of Stone Edge Church. This is where growth becomes a lifestyle, not just a season.

We especially encourage anyone who calls Stone Edge home — or wants to — to attend Growth Track in their first year. It's one of the best decisions you can make for your spiritual growth and your sense of belonging in this church family.
What Happens After Growth Track?
Growth Track isn't the end — it's the beginning. After completing all four sessions, you'll be ready to:
Join a Connect Group and build real relationships
Step onto a ministry team and use your gifts to serve
Continue growing through SESOM, our school of ministry
Take next steps like water baptism if you haven't already
